Three temperature lanes
Ambient 15–25°C items use protective packing appropriate to transit; refrigerated 2–8°C items use qualified coolant and insulated packaging; frozen -20°C items use a frozen configuration selected for route duration. Labels, dispatch time and receiving handover are aligned to the manufacturer requirement.

Exception and delivery control
At packing and receipt, item identity, exterior condition, CAT No., batch and expiry are checked where shown. Damage, temperature concern or document mismatch is isolated, recorded and reviewed before use; the appropriate remedy is then agreed under the order terms and available evidence.
