Confirm the package identity before opening and note the delivery time. Inspect the external condition, coolant and product packaging.
Move products to the required storage condition promptly. Retain temperature records and shipping documents with the procurement file.
Report visible damage, thawing or a temperature concern before using the product so the supply team can investigate against the handover record.
